Term of Agreement and Renewal. The initial term of this amended and restated Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire on December 31, 2017. On December 31, 2015 and on each anniversary thereof (each a “Renewal Date”), the term of this Agreement shall automatically be extended for a period of one additional year beyond the then-current term unless the Company has provided notice to Executive of non-renewal prior to such Renewal Date.
