Consequences of Refusal. If any employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, the Employer may subject the employee to disciplinary action up to and including discharge from employment.

Consequences of Refusal. If an Employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, the Employee shall be discharged from employment on grounds of insubordination.
Consequences of Refusal. If any employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Appointing Authority, the employee may be subject to possible discipline or discharge. Refusal to sign the Drug and Alcohol Screen Exam Consent Form shall be deemed a refusal to test and the employee may be subject to possible discipline or discharge. Once the consent form has been signed, the employee must cooperate fully with the persons administering the test. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or discharge. Any discipline given pursuant to this section may be grieved under Article 9.

Consequences of Refusal. Employees may refuse to undergo drug and alcohol testing. However, employees who refuse to undergo testing or who fail to cooperate with the testing procedures (1) may be subject to discipline, up to and including immediate discharge; and/or (2) may result in the denial of Workers’ Compensation Benefits and the employee may be required to incur the medical and testing costs related to the accident, injury or illness.
