TERM OF AGREEMENT / RENEWALS. (1) The term of this Agreement shall continue until the registrant of the Order in the OrderBox database continues to be the Registrant and the Order continues to exist and the Order Registration term continues to exist.
TERM OF AGREEMENT / RENEWALS. The term of employment with IMS is perpetual with no set period of time, unless terminated in accordance with Section IV. In the event of termination by the Company, Employee must be given a written notice of at least sixty (60) days.

This agreement shall automatically be renewed for successive two (2) year terms thereafter under the same terms and conditions, unless either party gives written notice to the other by certified mail, return receipt requested, of their intention not to renew the contract at least 30 days prior to the expiration of any term. ALARM COMPANY may invoice Subscriber in advance monthly, quarterly, or annually at ALARM COMPANY’s option.

Plus applicable taxes. All payments being due on the first day of the month. RFI’s preferred method of payment is Automated Clearing House (ACH).

This agreement shall renew year to year thereafter under the same terms and conditions, unless either party gives written notice to the other by certified mail, return receipt requested, of their intention not to renew the agreement at least 30 days prior to the expiration of any term. Unless otherwise specified herein, all recurring charges for 1-5 services shall commence on the first day of the year next succeeding the date hereof, all payments being due on the first day of the year.
TERM OF AGREEMENT / RENEWALS. This Agreement shall run for twenty (20) years from the Effective Date (the “Term”). This Agreement shall automatically be renewed under the same terms and conditions for additional one-year terms at the end of the Term, unless any Party gives written notice to the contrary to the other Parties at least 90 days prior to expiration.
