Term of Assignment; Minimum Commitment. The term for an individual employee assigned to a Staff Captain assignment shall be the lesser of: two (2) years; or until the Staff Captain assignment is eliminated. However, nothing shall limit the Chief’s discretion under Subd. 4 to select an employee to serve multiple and/or consecutive terms as a Staff Captain. An employee accepting an assignment as Staff Captain agrees to serve a minimum of two (2) years in the assignment. However, such minimum commitment may be waived by the Chief in their discretion. In addition, the Chief may remove an employee from the assignment, shorten the duration of the assignment of abolish the assignment at their discretion at any time prior to the expiration of an employee’s minimum commitment. Nothing herein shall preclude an employee from taking a promotional exam or accepting a promotion during the term of their minimum commitment as a Staff Captain.

  • Maximum Commitment The maximum aggregate amount payable by NYSERDA to the Contractor shall be the amount appearing at Item 5 of page one of this Agreement. NYSERDA shall not be liable for any costs or expenses in excess of such amount incurred by the Contractor in the performance and completion of the Work.

  • EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.

  • Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the employee organization, shall be transmitted by the employee organization to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the employee organization.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.
