TERM OF BPA a) The term of this agreement shall be for a period of one year from date of award. b) This BPA may be extended by Four (4) one-year option periods or fractions thereof. The Government may extend the term of this agreement for a period of one (1) year, or a fraction thereof, or multiple successive fractions thereof, by providing a thirty (30) day written notice to the Contractor before the expiration of the agreement.
