Term of Charter. This Charter is effective upon the signing of both parties for a term of fifteen (15) years commencing on July 1, XXXX and ending on June 30, XXXX, except as otherwise provided in this Charter and by law. The Charter may be renewed for successive periods of twenty (20) years pursuant to law.
Term of Charter. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, or upon the terms contained herein, this charter shall cover a period of five (5) years [excluding two (2) planning years permitted by Section 1002.33(7)(a)12, Florida Statutes], commencing on July 1, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2026. The School may defer the opening of its operations for up to three (3) years to provide time for adequate facility planning. The School must provide written notice of such intent to the Sponsor and the parents of enrolled students at least thirty (30) calendar days before the first day of school. The first two (2) planning year(s) will extend the term of this Charter. Failure to open the School after all available deferral years is good cause for termination of this Charter.

Term of Charter. The School is a public school that shall operate pursuant to the Charter. The Charter was approved by the RCBE on 20 . The School shall be responsible for all the functions subject to applicable statutes, the Charter, and to the terms and conditions set forth in the MOU. The School’s current Charter term shall begin on July 1, 20 and expire on June 30, 20 . The Charter shall acknowledge the existence of this MOU, and the provisions of the Charter and the MOU shall be aligned. RCBE reserves the right to approve material revisions to the Charter and/or revoke the Charter as specified in EC Section 47607 and its implementing regulations.
Term of Charter. Charter Hire shall continue until Vessel is redelivered to FWBC (“Charter Term”). In the event the Vessel shall become a total loss, actual or constructive (a constructive total loss shall be defined in the policy of hull insurance applicable to the Vessel), during the Charter Term, Charter Hire shall cease as of the end of the day the Vessel becomes a total loss which, for the purposes hereof, is defined to be the date on which the loss occurs regardless of whether determined to be a total loss on that date or a subsequent date.
Term of Charter. The School is a public school that will operate pursuant to a charter authorized by the SBE on July 14, 2010. The School will be known Long Valley Charter School located at 000-000 Xxxxx Xxxxx, Doyle, CA 94063, and will commence operations between July 1 and September 30, 2009, subject to conditions specified by the SBE that are reflected in this MOU. The School’s charter was granted for a five-year period ending June 30, 2015. The SBE reserves the right to approve amendments to the charter and/or revoke the charter pursuant to EC Section 47607.
Term of Charter. The terms of this Charter is ten (10) years. This Charter shall terminate on the fifteenth (15) day following the end of the tenth school year following the date of execution.
Term of Charter. This Charter shall be granted and shall have a term consistent with that as may be granted and determined by the Connect Board of Directors. This Charter and the affiliation of a CHAPTER with Connect may be terminated at any time by either party in accordance with such reasonable procedures as Connect may adopt from time to time. For example, the Connect Board of Directors may vote to terminate the Charter of a CHAPTER if (1) the CHAPTER is in violation of national or federal, provincial or state or local laws; or, (2) the Board believes such dissolution to be in the best interest of the organization. Both parties agree to give the other party at least 60 days written notice of such intent to terminate the affiliation. In the event of termination by notice of one party to another, all of the provisions of this Agreement shall survive such termination insofar as such are necessary for the proper carrying out of its terms and conditions. On receipt of a notice of termination, the recipient shall have a reasonable opportunity to rectify any stated reason for termination, and if so rectified, this Charter shall continue.
Term of Charter. A. Subject to the availability (as mutually agreed upon between CHARTERER and VESSEL OWNER) of the vessel described in Exhibit "A" (hereinafter referred to as VESSEL), VESSEL OWNER agrees to let and CHARTERER agrees to hire the VESSEL from time to time as may be requested by CHARTERER. VESSEL OWNER shall deliver or otherwise make available the VESSEL to CHARTERER and place the VESSEL at CHARTERER'S disposal at a mutually agreed location,. The term of the CHARTER shall commence on the date of the departure of the Vessel from the mutually agreed location of delivery into the service of Charterer, and shall be referred to as the "CHARTER TERM." CHARTERER may terminate the CHARTER at any time and the CHARTER TERM will temiinate as set out in Paragraph B of this Article 1.
Term of Charter. The School is a public kindergarten through grade 5 school that will operate pursuant to a charter authorized by the SBE on March 12, 2015, and this MOU. The School will be known as The New School of San Francisco located at 0000 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 and will commence operations between July 1 and September 30, 2015, subject to the conditions specified by the SBE. The School’s charter is authorized for a 5-year period, ending June 30, 2020. The SBE reserves the right to approve amendments to the charter and/or revoke the charter pursuant to EC Section 47607. No amendment or variation of the terms of this MOU shall be valid, unless made in writing, signed by both parties, and approved by the SBE. If the School’s charter is renewed or amended, a new MOU will be presented to the School for signature.
