TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. ○ The term of the Original Lease was eight (8) years commencing on the delivery date (the “Original Lease Period”). The Company had the right to terminate the lease as of the end of the fifth year of the Original Lease Period, subject to six months prior written notice, provided that the Company pays a one-time special early termination payment (the “Special Payment”) equal to the balance of the rest of the Improvement Amount (as defined below) per square meter multiplied by two times the number of remaining months for which the Company is required to pay rental fees. ○ As of the end of the third year of the Original Lease Period, the Company has the right to sub-lease the premises to a substitute tenant, subject to the Landlord’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). ○ Estimated delivery date was May 10, 2008, but delivery occurred in August 2008. ○ The term of the Original Lease Period expired on August 31, 2016. ○ Pursuant to the Fourteenth Addendum, the Original Lease Period was extended to December 31, 2025. Unless one party notifies the other at least 180 days prior to the end of the Original Lease Period, the Lease Agreement shall be automatically extended for an additional term of five (5) years (the “Optional Lease Period”).
TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. 5.1 This Lease Agreement will endure for the Initial Period set out in section 5.3 and will commence and become effective from the Effective Date and terminate on the date set out in item 5.5, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
5.2 The Tenant specifically acknowledges and agrees that, should he not be able to take occupation of the Premises on or before the Effective Date set out in item 5.4 as a result of:
5.2.1 any circumstance that is beyond the control of the Landlord; or
5.2.2 any circumstance that arises, which is not as a direct result of any negligent act or omission by the Landlord;
5.3 The Initial Period means the term of this Lease Agreement, which is set out in section 1.
5.4 The Effective Date means the commencement date of the Lease Agreement which is set out in section 1.
5.5 The Termination Date is set out in section 1.
TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. 5.1 For a Lease Agreement with a duration of less than 24 (Twenty‐Four) Months:
5.1.1 This Lease Agreement will endure for the Initial Period set out in item 1.22 and will start on the date set out in item 1.23 and terminate on the date set out in item 1.24, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
5.2 For a Lease Agreement with a duration of more than 24 (Twenty‐Four) Months:
5.2.1 This Lease Agreement will endure for the Initial Period set out in item 1.22 and will start on the date set out in item 1.23 and terminate on the date set out in item 1.24, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms;
5.2.2 The Tenant will have the financial benefit of the items set out in item 1.25.
5.3 The Tenant specifically acknowledges and agrees that, should he not be able to take occupation of the Premises on or before the date set out in item 1.23 as a result of:
5.3.1 any circumstance that is beyond the control of the Landlord; or
5.3.2 any circumstance that arises, which is not as a direct result of any negligent act or omission by the Landlord; then and in such event the Landlord shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Tenant and the Tenant shall have no claim whatsoever against the Landlord.
TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. A. The Lease Agreement will begin 12noon on April 2, 2035 and will end 12noon on October 31, 2036.
B. The initial term of this Lease Agreement shall be 12 months and will terminate at the end of the term.
TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. Unless renewed and extended pursuant to Section 2.15 or terminated pursuant to Section 3.06 of this Lease Agreement, the term of this Lease Agreement shall commence on September 5, 2022, and naturally expire on September 4, 2025.

TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. 3.1 If the Commencement Date is the first day of a Period, the term of the Lease Agreement commences on that day and continues for the number of Periods specified in the Goods Schedule for those Goods.
3.2 If the Commencement Date is not the first day of a Period, the term of the Lease Agreement commences on that day and continues for the number of Periods specified in the Goods Schedule for those Goods starting with the first full Period to occur following such date of acceptance. TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. 3.1 The Lease Agreement will begin on the Commencement Date
3.2 Unless terminated earlier, the Lease Agreement will expire at the end of the Minimum Term if, and only if, you confirm that you want this to happen by notice in writing to us not more than 6 nor less than 3 months before the end of the Minimum Term.
3.3 If you do not give the notice specified in clause 3.2, the relevant Lease Agreement will be extended upon the same terms until you terminate it by giving us written notice, which will take effect 3 months after the next Lease Instalment payment date.
3.4 If you wish to vary the Lease Agreement, whether in relation to the Minimum Term or the Goods, we will consider your request, but whether we allow the variation will be entirely at our discretion.
