TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. 7.1. The term of this License Agreement shall commence on the date of execution of this License Agreement by all parties, and continue until the next September 30th, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 9, below.
7.2. Provided that Developer has received no notice of suspension or default under this License Agreement, Developer may elect to extend the term of this License Agreement for an additional one-year term, commencing on October 1 of each year, by notifying USPS in writing (or email) no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this License Agreement.
TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT a) The term of this License Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date; provided however, that either party shall have the right to terminate this License Agreement with cause upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
b) Upon the termination of the current term of this License Agreement, this License Agreement will automatically extend for another one (1) year term, subject to licensed Implementations being fully compliant with the then- current relevant specification, unless terminated by either party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
c) From and after termination of this License Agreement, COMPANY shall cease and desist from all use of the Marks. However, unless this License Agreement is terminated for breach in connection with more than a single Implementation, COMPANY may distribute then-existing inventory of complying Implementations and advertising materials containing the Marks until all such inventory is exhausted, provided use of the Marks in connection with such inventory and such inventory is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. Students who continue to be enrolled at the University shall honor the terms of this License Agreement for both fall and spring semesters. Exceptions will be made if the Student participates in a University-approved Study Abroad or International Co-Op Program or if the Student takes a University-approved leave of absence, as noted in Sections 10 and 11. Other exceptions to the term of the License Agreement may be made by HRL based on the individual circumstances. If a Student is dissatisfied with a decision made by HRL, he or she may submit an appeal to the appeal committee.
TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. All License Agreements are for full month increments except Agreements ending in December, unless pre-approved in writing by Housing & Residence Life. The default end date for License Agreements is June 30, unless otherwise approved in writing by Housing. Resident will be required to either renew her/his agreement or submit her/his intent-to-vacate form no later than 60 days before the vacate date under this Agreement. Residents moving in after September 1 will be charged at the less-than-12 month rate. Housing & Residence Life requires at least a six month minimum agreement for Apartment Housing.

TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT a. This Agreement is for University housing and meals between May 17, 2020 and August 9, 2020 unless otherwise noted in this Agreement. The term of occupancy shall be the summer session(s) selected on the Summer Housing Application or if entered into after the start of the summer session, for the remainder of the summer session(s). For the purposes of this Contract, Summer Term 2020 shall be defined as the period of time beginning at 11:00 a.m. on May 17, 2020 and ending 24 hours after completion of the Student’s last final of the summer session. For students officially participating in summer graduation exercises, the Summer Term ends at noon on the Sunday immediately following summer graduation exercises.
b. The term of occupancy includes University holidays (days during the summer when classes are not held) that fall between the residence hall opening date and residence hall closing date, as specified elsewhere herein. Occupancy ends at the conclusion of the Agreement term or when the Student has received written authorization from the Director of Housing, or his or her designee, to terminate this Agreement.
c. Occupancy at times other than those specified above may be allowed on a space available basis and for an additional fee if the Student has received prior authorization from the Director of Housing or his or her designee.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the Standard Academic Year shall be defined as the period of time beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the Saturday immediately preceding the start of the first enrolled semester (fall or spring) classes, as published in the most current University Bulletin, and ending 24 hours after completion of the Student’s last final of the Spring semester.
2. The term of occupancy shall be for the entire academic year (fall and spring semesters) or if entered into after the start of the fall semester, for the remainder of the fall and spring semesters. For students officially participating in graduation exercises, the Standard Academic Year ends at noon on the Sunday immediately following graduation exercises.
3. The term of occupancy includes University holidays (days during the standard academic year when classes are not held) that fall between the residence hall opening date and residence hall closing date, as specified elsewhere herein. Occupancy ends at the conclusion of the Agreement term or when the Student has received written authorization from the Director of Housing and Residence Life, or his or her designee, to terminate this Agreement.

The License Agreement will remain in effect for so long as the JV remains in existence (regardless of the identity of the members of JV), except for (i) ID&T’s rights to terminate the License Agreement if (A) SFX materially breaches any of SFX’s obligations under the JV or License Agreement or (B) the JV or SFX commences a voluntary bankruptcy case or has an involuntary bankruptcy case commenced against it (which involuntary case the JV or SFX, as the case may be, has not been removed prior to the date that is 60 days after the commencement of such case) and (ii) ID&T’s right to partially terminate the License Agreement with respect to any Brand for which the JV has failed to make a payment under the License Agreement, subject (with respect to both of the immediately foregoing clauses (i) and (ii)) to reasonable notice and cure periods.
TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. This License Agreement between the City and GMBL shall be for the period of one (1) year from the date hereof and renewable on written request of GMBL for up to four (4) additional years by the signature of the City Manager. Either party shall have the right to terminate this License Agreement at any time upon one hundred eighty (180) day notice in writing to the other party. Although this License Agreement is for a term of one (1) year only, City agrees that renewal for additional terms of one (1) year will be considered six (6) months prior to the expiration hereof subject to such terms and conditions as may then be appropriate.

4. Occupancy at times other than those specified within the Agreement length may be allowed on a space available basis and for an additional fee if the Student has received prior authorization from the Director of Housing & Residence Life, or their designee.
