Standard Academic Year. The Occupancy Period is Saturday August 27, 2022 (or the date that I am assigned a space if my license agreement is submitted after August 27, 2022) until Wednesday May 3, 2023. • I understand that if during the Fall 2022 term, I am approved to cancel this license agreement for the entire Winter 2023 term, the Occupancy Period for the Fall term ends at Noon on Wednesday December 21, 2022.

Standard Academic Year. For the purposes of this Contract, Standard Academic Year shall be defined as the period of time beginning at 8:00am on the date that the residence halls officially open for check-in immediately preceding the start of fall semester classes, as published in the most current University Calendar, and ending 24 hours after completion of STUDENT’S last final of the Spring semester. For STUDENTS officially participating in spring graduation exercises, the Standard Academic Year ends at noon on the Sunday immediately following spring graduation exercises.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation.   • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, , the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by LEA pursuant to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
