Term of Rental Agreement. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the first (1st) day of 20 and terminate on the last day of 20 Occupancy shall commence on 20 The minimum term for an Agreement is one (1) month. All Agreements commence on the first (1st) day of the month and terminate on the last day of the month at the conclusion of the Agreement Term. Occupancy for any partial month before or after the Agreement Term above defined shall be based on a pro-rated, per diem, share of the monthly rental fee. All terms and conditions of the Agreement shall also apply to per diem occupancy periods extending before or after the above defined Term of Rental agreement.

3.2 Unless terminated earlier under clause 14, the Rental Agreement will expire at the end of the Minimum Term if, and only if, You confirm that You want this to happen by notice in writing to us not more than six nor less than one month before the end of the Minimum Term.
3.3 If You do not give the notice required by clause 3.2, the relevant Rental Agreement will be extended upon the same terms until You terminate it by giving us written notice, which will take effect one month after the next Rent Instalment payment date.
3.4 If You wish to vary the Rental Agreement, whether in relation to the Minimum Term or the Goods, we will consider Your request, but whether we allow the variation will be entirely at our discretion.

However, before moving possessions onto the Campsite, the Renter must first have paid all fees owing and receive the approval of the Authority. Term of Rental Agreement. The term of this agreement shall be from the day of , 20 , to day of , 20 ( weeks), which is the estimated growing term for a flock (hereinafter Rental Term). 3.5 If a variation request is accepted by us (which will be at our absolute discretion and must be in writing) then this Agreement will be varied as set out in the variation request and, except to the extent set out in the variation request, the terms set out in this Agreement will continue to apply.

Term of Rental Agreement. The term of this lease shall be 12 months commencing on the first day of September 2019 and ending on the last day of August 2020. You will receive a renewal notice on an annual basis. You have the right to occupy the Unit during the lease term as long as you abide by the rules including paying your lot rent in a timely manner and a copy of your Title of ownership is on file with us.
