Term of SOW. This SOW shall be effective with respect to the Contractor and the Customer only on execution by Contractor and Customer in accordance with Article 30 of the Master Agreement, and the date this SOW becomes effective shall be the “SOW Effective Date.” This SOW shall remain in effect until May 31, 2006.
Term of SOW. This SOW 1.2.1 is effective beginning on March 06th, 2023 (“Effective Date”) and will remain in effect until [***], unless earlier terminated in accordance with the Master Agreement.”
Term of SOW. ATTACHMENT A/STATEMENT OF WORK Delete the following sentence in entirety and replace with: “This SOW will begin on June 26, 2017 (“Effective Date”) and continue through March 31, 2019 (“Expiry Date”).”
Term of SOW. Each SOW remains in effect for the period specified therein. If no period is specified, the SOW will terminate once the Professional Services set forth in the SOW have been completed.

Term of SOW. The term of this SOW shall commence when Verizon begins providing Customer the Services described herein and shall expire sixty (60) days thereafter. However notwithstanding the foregoing, Verizon approximates that the Services shall he completed within two (2) days after Verizon commences the Project.
