Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Subordinate Agreement shall commence upon execution of all necessary signatures and shall continue through and including in effect from 3/19/13 through and including 1/8/15, unless otherwise terminated by County. The period of 3/19/13 through and including 1/8/14 shall be known as Contract number MA-060-13011271. The period of 1/9/14 through and including 1/8/15 shall be known as Contract number MA- 060-14010716. January 8, 2014, unless otherwise terminated by the County. This Contract Redline Version of Contract SUBORDINATE AGREEMENT may be renewed for four (4) three (3) separate additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of both Parties and upon renewal of Regional Cooperative Agreement number RCA MA-017-13010878. The County is not under any obligation to provide Contractor with a reason should it elect not to renew this Contract, nor is the County obligated to provide any prior notice to Contractor of its intent not to renew the Contract.

Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Contract shall commence upon execution of all authorized signatures or upon approval by the Orange County Board of Supervisors, whichever occurs later, and continue for one (1) year from that date, unless otherwise terminated by County.
Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Subordinate Agreement shall be effective as of the date i t is executed by both Parties (“Effective Date”), and its term shall be three (3) consecutive years from the Effective Date. This Subordinate Agreement is based and dependent on the existence of the CMAS Contract which is currently set to expire on October 31, 2019. In the event that the CMAS Contract is renewed and extended by the State of California, County, at its sole election and subject to the written consent of Contractor, may exercise its right to extend this Subordinate Agreement for a total of two (2) one-year periods under the same terms and conditions and pricing structure. The County does not have to give any reason should it elect not to renew the Subordinate Agreement. Any renewal may require approval of the County of Orange Board of Supervisors. This Contract shall commence December 31, 2019, and shall be effective through and including December 30, 2020, unless otherwise terminated by County. This Contract is based and dependent on the existence of CMAS Contract No. 3-12-70-2909A, which is currently set to expire on July 18, 2024. In the event that the CMAS Contract is renewed and extended by the State of California, County, at its sole election and subject to the written consent of Contractor, the Contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions and pricing structure, upon successful renewal of the CMAS Contract. Each renewal of this Contract may require approval by the County Board of Supervisors. The County does not have to give a reason if it elects not to renew.
Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Subordinate Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2015 or upon execution of all authorized signatures, whichever comes later, and continue for one (1) calendar year from that date, unless otherwise terminated by County. The term of this Subordinate Agreement shall continue regardless of whether RCA MA 017 15011468 terminates C004336 Page 1 of 12 prior to the expiration of this Subordinate Agreement. This Contract may be renewed as set forth in paragraph 3 below.

The County does not have to give any reason should it elect not to renew the Subordinate Agreement. Any renewal may require approval of the County of Orange Board of Supervisors. In the event that the CMAS Contract expires or terminates before the expiration or termination of the Subordinate Agreement’s renewal term, the Subordinate Agreement will remain in effect for the term set forth herein or term of any renewal amendment (as applicable) that was executed before the CMAS Contract expired or terminated regardless of whether delivery of the goods and performance of the services is completed after the CMAS Contract expired or terminated. All terms, conditions and assumptions set forth in the CMAS Contract shall continue to govern the performance of the Subordinate Agreement and delineate the respective rights and obligations of the Parties as specified in the Subordinate Agreement, Paragraph 1 entitled “Subordinate Agreement”, as if the CMAS Contract had not expired or terminated.
Term of Subordinate Agreement. This Subordinate Agreement shall commence on 7/1/2016 and upon all necessary signatures and continue for one year, unless otherwise terminated by the County.
