Termination of Case Management Services. For cause, ex-inmates may be dismissed or discharged from the Just In- Reach case management services by the Contractor; and inmates reserve the right to terminate their voluntary participation from the program at any time. Contractor shall provide written notification, which will include a detailed explanation, to Sheriff’s Department prior to such termination, unless emergency circumstances dictate otherwise.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked.   • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.

Examples: Service areas that are included under the Financial Management Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

Your eligibility for benefits is determined under the provisions of this agreement. Your right to appeal and take action is described in Appeals in Section 5. This agreement describes the benefits, exclusions, conditions and limitations provided under your plan.   • Payment Services 2.1 If the Payment Services is registered by the Application and the relevant Consents are submitted by the Customer, the Bank shall provide to the Customer the services (the “Payment Services”) of money transfer (“Money Transfer”) between the Accounts and other accounts as registered by the Customer.

  • Management Services The Adviser shall perform (or arrange for the performance by its affiliates of) the management and administrative services necessary for the operation of the Fund. The Adviser shall also furnish such reports, evaluations, information or analyses to the Fund as the Fund's Board of Trustees may request from time to time or as the Adviser may deem to be desirable. The Adviser shall make recommendations to the Fund's Board of Trustees with respect to Fund policies, and shall carry out such policies as are adopted by the Trustees. The Adviser shall, subject to review by the Board of Trustees, furnish such other services as the Adviser shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Contract.
