Termination of Deduction. The University’s responsibility for deducting dues and other authorized deductions shall terminate automatically upon either: (1) thirty (30) days written notice from the employee to the Associate Director Employee & Labor Relations revoking that employee’s prior deduction authorization, (2) the termination of employment, or (3) the promotion or demotion of the employee out of the bargaining unit.
