TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY. 4.1. Selling of the Product, transfer of ownership and risks of the goods from Seller to Buyer is carried out at railroad station Alashinkoy. No later than Fifteen calendar days after the submission of the letter of credit Seller must start the shipment of the Product, and report about it by a telegram. 4.2. The delivery of Product is carried out within 12 (twelve) months, in agreed consignments monthly/every ten days, in accordance with the delivery schedule (Appendix № 2).

The delivery date is considered the date of the warehouse document for the Goods, written out in the name of the Buyer by the elevator at the place of delivery and the signing by the Parties of delivery-receipts note for the consignment of Goods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY. In addition to the terms of this Contract, the current version of the general conditions for delivery from the Swedish Association for Fire- Fighting Equipment, SVEBRA L-92 are applicable. The Contract cannot be transferred to third parties without the consent of both parties to the Contract.
