Test Standards and Criteria. (A) The DHSMV shall be responsible for the development of all written promotional tests, which shall be based upon a job task analysis of the broadband level of positions being tested and an assessment of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the requirements of positions in the occupational level.
