Testing of Interconnection Facilities. 7.3.1 In addition to the respective obligations set out under this Clause 7, the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to cooperate in testing the Interconnection Facilities in accordance with Schedule 3 and the schedule developed by the Operating Committee and at such other times thereafter as either Party may reasonably require.

Testing of Interconnection Facilities. In addition to the respective obligations set out under this Clause 6, the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to cooperate in testing the Interconnection Facilities in accordance with Schedule 2 - and the schedule developed by the Operating Committee (but in no event later than the time provided in Clause Error! Reference source not found.) and at such other times thereafter as either Party may reasonably require. Each Party shall bear its own costs in connection with any such testing.
Testing of Interconnection Facilities. The Parties shall consult and perform the following tests on the Interconnection Facilities prior to the Commercial Operations Date and with reasonable regularity thereafter to ensure the proper functioning of the Interconnection Facilities. All such testing on the Company’s side of the Interconnection Point and, prior to the Commercial Operations Date, on the JPS side of the Interconnection Point shall be at the sole cost of the Company; all such testing after the Commercial Operations Date on the JPS side of the Interconnection Point shall be at the sole cost of JPS:  High potential tests;  Earthing tests  Phase rotation  Functional testing of all interconnections, controls and current  transformer wiring;  Voltage transformer ratio and polarity tests; and  Current transformer magnetization curve checks. 3.1 Submission of Pre-Commissioning Documents All relevant diagrams, equipment test reports, certificates for the Interconnection Facilities and transmission line and any other supportive documents shall be submitted to JPS prior to Commissioning. All interconnection as-built drawings are to be provided by the Company within 3 months. Upon completion of each such test specified in this Section 3, prior to the Commercial Operations Date, the Company shall provide JPS with three (3) copies of the results of such test no later than thirty (30) days after the relevant test has been performed. 3.2 Testing after Commercial Operations Date 3.2.1 Upon completion of each such test specified in this Section 3, on the Company side of the Interconnection Point, the Company shall provide JPS with three (3) copies of the results of such test no later than thirty (30) days after the relevant test has been performed. JPS shall be given five (5) days prior written notice of any testing procedure and JPS shall be entitled to have representatives present for purposes of observing any such procedure. If JPS representatives are unable to attend for any reason, the testing may proceed without them. 3.2.2 Upon completion of each such test specified in this Section 3, on the JPS side of the Interconnection Point, JPS shall provide the Company with three (3) copies of the results of such test no later than thirty (30) days after the relevant test has been performed. Testing of Interconnection Facilities. PG&E-required Interconnection Facilities owned by Applicant shall be periodically tested and maintained at the manufacturer’s accepted specifications, but no less than every four (4) years, by qualified personnel. Copies of equipment test reports shall be forwarded to PG&E for review.

Related to Testing of Interconnection Facilities

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
