Textbook Selection Textbook committees composed of teachers, principals, and the assistant superintendent shall review textbooks and shall make recommendations to the administrative team for consideration. Final selection shall be left to the Board of Education or its authorized representatives.
Textbooks With the exception shown in Section 7.1.1, the University and the AAUP-WSU agree that NTE and TET Bargaining Unit Faculty Members shall select textbooks and other teaching material (e.g., software, course notes, etc.) for the courses they teach and that the decision whether to do so individually or collectively will be made by them and by administrators who are members of their department and teach the course(s) in question.

PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.
MERCURY ADDED CONSUMER PRODUCTS Contractor agrees that it will not sell or distribute fever thermometers containing mercury or any products containing elemental mercury for any purpose under this Contract.
Shift Selection In multiple shift operations, employees within each classification shall have a right to select their work shift on the basis of their seniority within a bureau or division thereof and competing only with employees covered under this agreement on the following basis:
Codebook Format The codebook describes an ASCII data set (although the data are also being provided in a SAS transport file). Sale of Other Materials Forest Service re- serves the right to sell from Sale Area during the period of this contract any materials or products not subject to its terms, but shall not permit removal, possession, or use thereof that will materially interfere with Purchaser’s Op- erations. Purchaser shall not be obligated to do any work made necessary by the action of others.
Prescription Medications Medications whose sale and use are legally restricted to the order of a physician.
Exhibitors Exhibitors will receive registrations for four people to work the exhibit booth. Should exhibitors require additional registrations, they must be purchased from THE CONFERENCE GROUP at rates established by THE CONFERENCE GROUP. Registrations are not transferable.
