THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 10.1 The Owner must hand over a vehicle in perfect working order, driving and cleaning alike, with all levels checked, tyre pressure and a tank full of fuel, gas levels sufficient for the duration of the trip, a clean cassette, grey waters emptied, inside and outside cleaning done. By taking the vehicle, the Renter implies, unless written otherwise on the rental contract prior to departure, that the vehicle is in perfect working and driving order and that the cleaning is satisfactory.

To the extent that deterioration of equipment shall result from the customer’s failure to give prompt notice to the servicer (Comfort Control). Such deterioration will be deemed to be a condition resulting from improper operation by the customer. Hence, the servicer shall have no responsibility for any work occasioned by the improper operation, negligence or misuse of the equipment or damage resulting from any of the events set forth in Section 3.

THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 3-1 The Owner shall provide adequate information regarding requirements for the project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, schedule, time and budget constraints and other criteria, including space requirements and relationships, in sufficient detail to allow the Designer to carry out the design.

  • Owner’s Responsibility Proper preventative maintenance of the exterior and interior of the vehicle is the responsibility of the owner. See the owner’s manual(s) for proper care instructions. Defects or damage as a result of improper care or maintenance are not covered by this warranty agreement.

  • OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1. The Owner shall designate in writing a project coordinator to act as OWNER's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Coordinator"). The Project Coordinator shall have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define OWNER's policies and decisions with respect to CONTRACTOR's services for the Project. However, the Project Coordinator is not authorized to issue any verbal or written orders or instructions to the CONTRACTOR that would have the effect, or be interpreted to have the effect, of modifying or changing in any way whatever:

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which contractor/renter may be held responsible for damages resulting from contractor/renter’s operations, acts, omissions or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve contractor/renter of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude the fair from taking other actions available to it under contract documents or by law, including, but not limited to, actions pursuant to contractor/renter’s indemnity obligations. The contractor/renter indemnity obligations shall survive the expiration, termination or assignment of this contract.

  • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.

  • CITY’S RESPONSIBILITY 7.1 The City shall provide information regarding its requirements for the Project, with reasonable promptness to avoid delay in the orderly progress of the Work.
