The Pension Plan for Employees of St Sample Clauses

The Pension Plan for Employees of St. Xxxxxx University shall continue in effect during the period of this Agreement. Subject to eligibility under Article 14Employee Status and the rules of the Pension Plan, all employees shall become members of the pension plan upon date of hiring. Any changes to the Pension Plan affecting contributions and benefits to employees agreed to by both the Union and the Employer shall be subject to ratification.
