The Scope of the Contract. This Contract encompasses the performance of services as specified by the Buyer in Appendix 1, ref. the Suppliers solution specification, ref. Appendix 2, and which may be further specified in connection with the individual call-off. If the Contract includes options, these shall be specified in Appendix 10. Options do not include any obligation on the part of the Buyer, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The Scope of the Contract. The builder shall furnish to the owner all of the labor and material required for the erections of a new residence building to be erected at , According to the plans and specifications attached hereto and forming a part of this contract, subject only to tolerances and deviations customary in the building industry. The builder shall provide and pay for all materials, labor and tools needed to complete the residence, unless otherwise stated herein. In the event that builder is unable to obtain from its usual or ordinary sources of supply the exact materials specified in said plans and specifications, builder shall have the right to substitute said materials with materials of similar pattern, design and quality.

The Scope of the Contract. 1.1 Software licences (hereinafter: “purchases”) purchased by the Client on SEN’s own website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) will be recorded in the SEN System. In order for the Client to be able to use the benefits of the software licence, basically the following possibilities are at the Client’s disposal to process the purchases: bank card or bank transfer.
