Third and Final Warning (written). If after two (2) warnings the Company considers the employee’s performance or behaviour to be unsatisfactory, the employee, in the presence of an appropriate employee representative, will be given a final warning and will be advised that continuation of such unsatisfactory service will lead to dismissal. This will be committed to writing.

Third and Final Warning (written). The company representative in the presence of the employee concerned and the Union Secretary (or a nominee) will discuss the third breach and if substantiated a "final written warning" will be recorded on the employee's personnel record. The employee will be advised that any further transgressions may lead to dismissal. Counselling needs to concentrate on the unacceptable behaviour and discuss ways in which to improve. Deadlines need to be established with objectives and a review period set in which the individual must improve their performance. Additional training will be available and can be requested by the Company and/or the employee to avoid further transgression. Copies of the warning must be issued to the employee, Union Secretary (or nominee), Production Manager and Operations Manager.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. Each Party shall accord fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security in accordance with customary international law in its territory to investment of investors of the other Party. 2. For greater certainty, (a) the concepts of "fair and equitable treatment" and "full protection and security" do not require additional treatment to that required under the minimum standard of treatment of aliens in accordance with the standard of customary international law; (b) a determination that there has been a breach of another provision of this Agreement or another international agreement does not imply that the minimum standard of treatment of aliens has been breached; (c) "fair and equitable treatment" includes the prohibition against denial of justice in criminal, civil, or administrative proceedings in accordance with the general accepted principles of customary international law; and (d) the "full protection and security" standard does not imply, in any case, a better treatment to that accorded to nationals of the Party where the investment has been made.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Monitoring and Adjusting Forecasts Verizon will, for ninety (90) days, monitor traffic on each trunk group that it establishes at ECI’s suggestion or request pursuant to the procedures identified in Section 14.2 of this Attachment. At the end of such ninety-(90) day period, Verizon may disconnect trunks that, based on reasonable engineering criteria and capacity constraints, are not warranted by the actual traffic volume experienced. If, after such initial ninety (90) day period for a trunk group, Verizon determines that any trunks in the trunk group in excess of two (2) DS1s are not warranted by actual traffic volumes (considering engineering criteria for busy Centium Call Second (Hundred Call Second) and blocking percentages), then Verizon may hold ECI financially responsible for the excess facilities and disconnect such excess facilities.

  • Applicable for Home Care Nurses: In the event that the Employer transfers the delivery of Home Care services to another employer, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing at least ninety (90) days in advance of any transfer of services. The notification to the Union shall identify which services are being transferred, the name of the employer to which the services are being transferred and the names of the nurses within the bargaining unit affected by the transfer of services. At the request of either party, the parties shall meet to discuss the impact of the transfer.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.
