Common use of Third General Wage Increase Clause in Contracts

Third General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 2022, all standard basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2022 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by seven (7) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Section 1 above.

Third General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20222022 all hourly, all standard basic daily daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2022 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by seven (7) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Effective July 1, 20222007, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2022 2007 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by seven in the amount of three (73) percent, computed and percent applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment. The increase provided for in this Section 3 shall be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof.

Third General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20222012, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2022 2012 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by seven in the amount of four-and-three-tenths (74.3) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Third General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20222017, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2022 2017 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by seven in the amount of two (72) percent, computed and percent applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment. The increase provided for in this Section 3 shall be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 above2 hereof.

Effective July 1, 20221999, all standard basic daily hourly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2022 1999, for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by seven in the amount of three and one-half percent (7) percent, computed and 3½%).
