WORK TEAM. The management structure of "The Cacao Effect" for 2019 has an Agreement Director, a Financial and Administrative Leader, a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, an Accounting Assistant and an Administrative Assistant; Three (3) Regional Managers (One (1) in Urabá, one (1) in Lower Cauca and one (1) in Huila) and 13 Extension Workers (Two (2) in Urabá, six (6) in Huila and five (5) in Lower Cauca). In 2020, another four (4) extension support workers will be hired. Four (4) offices are opened, one in Manizales, one in Necoclí, one in Xxxxxx and another in Caucasia, each one of them is endowed with the furniture and the necessary connectivity to receive the equipment of the agreement and eventually the team of the allied institutions, making sure that there is a coordinated work in the regions. The details of the work direction, position and hiring of the Work Team are listed in Annex 5. The functions of the personnel for the year 2019 and the course of the agreement in general are: Director of the Program Direct and administer the agreement in accordance with established procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with the objectives, budgets and deadlines. Financial and Administrative Leader Analyze financial information in accordance with the needs of the Agreement, simulate and generate financial management reports for budget compliance and decision making. Support administrative activities of the agreement. Specialist in Monitoring and Assessment Execute and monitor the activities of planning, consolidation and monitoring of indicators and management reports, which allow a complete view of the progress, deadlines, budgets and objectives of the agreement. Regional Director Huila, Lower Cauca and Urabá Coordinate and manage the activities and resources of the agreement associated with the assigned region, guaranteeing its execution within the defined deadlines and the established budget and quality policies. Field technicians Carry out the established technical activities, as well as other actions related to compliance with operational and technical plans. Accounting Assistant Validate and record the accounting information of the support documents received, applying the accounting and fiscal policies established by the company, to generate quality information in a timely manner. Support the decision-making processes. Administrative Assistant Carry out and support administrative activities related to document management, travel logistics and others.
WORK TEAM. The FY 2022 management structure of the Cacao Effect is composed of a coordinating team of six people: one Chief of Party, one Financial and Administrative Leader, one Communication Coordinator, one Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, one Accounting Analyst, and one Administrative Assistant. The operational team will be coordinated by: 3 Regional Managers, 1 in Urabá and Bajo Cauca, 1 in Tumaco, and 1 in Huila. The technical assistance will be carried out by 20 field technicians, 4 in Urabá, 3 in Bajo Cauca (1 Lead Field Technician), 9 in Huila (1 Lead Field Technician), 4 in Tumaco. In Annex 4 the details of the work direction, position, and contracting of the work team are listed. The roles of the TCE staff in the agreement have not changed and are as follows:

Lead Field Technician Coordinate and supervise the activities of the agreement associated with the assigned region, guaranteeing its execution within the defined deadlines. Field Technicians Carry out the established technical activities, and other activities related to the compliance of the operational and technical plans. Accounting Assistant Validate and record the accounting information of the incoming receives, applying the accounting and fiscal established policies of the company, to provide quality information in a timely manner. Support decision making processes. Administrative Assistant Carry out and support administrative activities such as managing documents, make travel arrangements and others.
WORK TEAM. 4.1 To render the services requested and depending on their nature, ClarkeModet may create an ad-hoc team under the direction of an expert of ClarkeModet. 4.2 If at any moment the cooperation of experts from other intellectual property, copyright or regulatory areas is required, their participation will be encouraged on a coordinated basis with the members of the existing team. 4.3 While ClarkeModet is providing services to Client, it may, at its sole discretion, replace any or all the team members, including the expert responsible for its 4.4 Likewise, ClarkeModet may reorganize its professional activity at any time, being able to adapt and modify its structure to look for greater efficiency, quality and guarantee business continuity without prior communication or acceptance by Client. Therefore, it is possible that, for reasons of administrative efficiency, centralization, billing, administrative management, etc. ClarkeModet may create structures such as shared service centres, specialized departments, or decentralized departments between various Group companies. This could affect the company from which Client receives certain invoices.
WORK TEAM. Amtrak may designate a member of each On Board Services crew as employee in charge. The designated member will receive 17.50 per hour, subject to negotiated increases which take effect after September 30, 1998. On Board Services crew members may be called upon to perform all functions necessary to provide the highest level of passenger service.2

  • Project Team County’s Designated Representative for purposes of this Agreement is as follows: County shall have the right, from time to time, to change the County’s Designated Representative by giving A/E written notice thereof. With respect to any action, decision, or determination which is to be taken or made by County under this Agreement, the County’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify A/E in writing of an individual responsible for, and capable of, taking such action, decision, or determination, and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by County’s Designated Representative on behalf of County shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters therefor are included in this Agreement, in which case, actions taken by County’s Designated Representative shall be in accordance with such express standards or parameters. Any consent, approval, decision, or determination hereunder by County’s Designated Representative shall be binding on County; provided, however, County’s Designated Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement or executed Supplemental Agreement. County’s Designated Representative shall not have any authority to execute a Supplemental Agreement unless otherwise granted such authority by the Williamson County Commissioners Court. A/E shall have the right, from time to time, to change A/E’s Designated Representative by giving County written notice thereof.   • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme manual. 2. The steering committee is the decision-making body of the project and it shall be composed by representatives of the LP and all PPs duly authorised to represent the respective LP and PP institutions. It shall be chaired by the LP and it shall meet on a regular basis. Associated partners shall be invited to take part in the steering committee in an advisory capacity. External key stakeholders may also be invited to take part to one or more meetings in an observer/advisory capacity. 3. The steering committee shall at least: a. be responsible for monitoring and validating the implementation of the project and the achievement of the planned results as in the approved application form; b. perform the financial monitoring of the project implementation and to decide on any budget modifications as in § 11 of this agreement; c. monitor and manage deviations of the project implementation; d. decide on project modifications (e.g. partnership, budget, activities, and duration) if needed; e. be responsible for the settlement of any disputes within the partnership (as stipulated in § 22 of this agreement). 4. Further aspects, including the creation of sub-groups or task forces, may be set out in the rules of procedure of the steering committee.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.
