Common use of Third General Wage Increase Clause in Contracts

Third General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 1999, all standard basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 1999 for employees represented by the United Transportation Union shall be increased by three-and-one-half (3%) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Paragraph 1. above.

Effective July 1, 1999, all standard basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 1999 for employees represented by the United Transportation Union Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers shall be increased by three-and-one-half (3%-1/2) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Paragraph 1.
