Common use of Third Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Third Shift Premium. An employee assigned to work on a shift beginning 3 between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 4:59 a.m. will be paid a shift premium of fifteen (15) percent of 4 the employee’s base hourly rate of pay.
