Common use of Thirty Clause in Contracts

Thirty. Fifth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates and the Class E-1, Class E-2, Class F-1, Class F-2, Class G-1 and Class G-2 Regular Interests have been reduced to zero, to the Class H-1 Distribution Account with respect to the Class H-1 Regular Interest, in reduction of the related Certificate Balance, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, less the portion of such Principal Distribution Amount distributed pursuant to all prior clauses, until the related Certificate Balance is reduced to zero;

Thirty. FifthEighth, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates and the Class E-1, Class E-2, Class F-1, Class F-2, Class G-1 G-1, Class G-2 and Class G-2 H-1 Regular Interests have been reduced to zero, to the Grantor Trust with respect to the Class H-1 H-2 Regular Interest, to the Class H-2 Distribution Account with respect to the Class H-1 Regular Interest, in reduction of the related Certificate Balance, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, less the portion of such Principal Distribution Amount distributed pursuant to all prior clauses, until the related Certificate Balance is reduced to zero;

Thirty. FifthSecond, after the Certificate Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates and the Class E-1, Class E-2, Class F-1, Class F-2, F-2 and Class G-1 and Class G-2 Regular Interests have been reduced to zero, to the Class H-1 G-2 Distribution Account with respect to the Class H-1 G-2 Regular Interest, in reduction of the related Certificate Balance, up to an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, less the portion of such Principal Distribution Amount distributed pursuant to all prior clauses, until the related Certificate Balance is reduced to zero;
