Common use of Thirty Clause in Contracts

Thirty. (30) days after the Effective Date and each month during the term of this Agreement, each Party shall provide the other Party with a rolling, six (6) calendar-month, nonbinding forecast of its traffic and volume requirements for the Interconnection, Network Elements and Resale Services provided under this Agreement, in the form and in such detail as agreed by the Parties. Notwithstanding Section 20.1.1, the Parties agree that each forecast provided under this Section 19.5.2 shall be deemed “Proprietary Information” under Article XX.

Thirty. (30) days after the Effective Date and each month quarter during the term of this Agreement, each Party shall provide the other Party with a rolling, six (6) calendar-calendar month, nonbinding non-binding forecast of its traffic and volume requirements for the Interconnection, services and Network Elements and Resale Services provided under this Agreement, Agreement in the form and in such detail as agreed by the Parties. Notwithstanding Section 20.1.129.6.1, the Parties agree that each forecast provided under this Section 19.5.2 20.3 shall be deemed “"Proprietary Information” " under Article XXSection 29.6.

Thirty. Notwithstanding Section 20.1.1, the Parties agree that each forecast provided under this Section 19.5.2 shall be deemed “Proprietary Information” under Article XX.

(30) days after the Effective Date Date/8/ and each month during the term of this Agreement, - each Party shall provide the other Party with a rolling, six (66)-calendar-month forecast (which forecast shall be non-binding, except as provided in Section 4.3.1) calendar-month, nonbinding forecast of its traffic and volume requirements for the Interconnection, Interconnection and Network Elements and Resale Services provided under this Agreement, in the form and in such detail as agreed by the Parties. Notwithstanding Section 20.1.1, the Parties agree that each forecast provided under this Section 19.5.2 shall be deemed “"Proprietary Information” " under Article XX.
