week period If an employee fails to return at the end of the family care or medical leave, the CSU may require repayment of insurance premiums paid during the unpaid portion of the leave. The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.
Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association’s right to negotiate over a successor agreement as provided in Article II. This Agreement shall not be extended orally, and it is expressly understood that is shall expire on the date indicated, unless it is extended in writing.
Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.
Maximum Duration Up to five years. The five-year period is a cumulative total of all absences from employment at the University due to the employee’s service in the military. If it appears that an employee has exceeded the five-year total, the appropriate University Human Resources office must be contacted to verify the total length of the employee’s military service, and determine the department’s obligation to place the employee.
Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.
A2 Initial Contract Period The Contract shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire automatically on 30 June 2013, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period).
Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract. Agreement Duration The term of the Agreement shall begin and end on the dates indicated in the Standard Grant Agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for work performed on or after the date of execution through the expiration date of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Attachment 2, Special Terms and Conditions. However, work performed prior to the execution of this Agreement may be reimbursable or used for match purposes if permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions.
