Common use of Time for Performance Clause in Contracts

Time for Performance. 4.1 The schedule for completion of the Consultant’s services shall be in accordance with Exhibit “B,” which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such schedule may be modified from time to time upon the mutual consent of the County and the Consultant.
