Time for Student Evaluation. At the end of the first and third grading periods, members shall be provided two hours of early release or late arrival time without any teaching or student responsibility for the purpose of completing student evaluations. The length of the early release or late arrival time may be shortened if there is a need to meet state minimum guidelines for counting instructional days. At the end of the second and fourth grading periods members shall be provided one full day without any teaching or student responsibility for the purpose of completing student evaluations. The time above is to be used at the discretion of the member, provided that student evaluations are being completed by the member in a timely manner.

  • Student Evaluation A. All unit members shall be subject to student evaluations each semester in each course taught.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Time for Submission Except as specified below, any claim by Contractor for a change in the Contract Time or the Material Completion and Occupancy Date shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which the Contractor becomes aware of the event on which the claim is based or, if the Contract Documents specify a shorter or longer period with respect to such event, within the period specified by the Contract Documents.

  • Criteria for Selection a. The Sabbatical Selection Committee shall use four (4) criteria for selection of academic employees to receive sabbaticals. These are: the merit of the sabbatical project, the applicant’s current and previous contributions to the College community, the proposal’s relevancy to the College’s Strategic Plan and whether or not the applicant has had a previous sabbatical.   • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually.   • Presentation for Scaling Purchaser shall present products so that they may be Scaled in an eco- nomical and safe manner. Trees or pieces presented for Scaling that have not been bucked to separate material meeting minimum piece standards from material not meeting minimum piece standards due to diameter, shall be Scaled as though such bucking had been done. Deductions made for rot, check, or other defects re- sulting from abnormal delay in Scaling caused by Pur- chaser shall be recorded separately and charged to Xxx- ber Sale Account under B3.47. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Deductions for Uncorrected Work If the Design Professional and Owner deem it inexpedient to correct work injured or done not in accordance with the contract, an equitable deduction from the contract price shall be made therefore and confirmed by execution of a lump sum Change Order. There is no duty on the part of the Owner, however, to accept any work injured or done not in accordance with the methods and materials designated in the contract documents, nor does the Contractor have the right to demand that there shall be acceptance of work injured or done not in accordance with the methods and materials designated in the Contract Documents.

  • Independent Evaluation Buyer is an experienced and knowledgeable investor in the oil and gas business. Buyer has been advised by and has relied solely on its own expertise and legal, tax, title, reservoir engineering, environmental and other professional counsel concerning this transaction, the Properties, the value thereof and title thereto.
