Late Application for Parental Leave When an application for parental leave under subarticle (A) above is not made in accordance with subarticle (b), the employee is nonetheless entitled to, and upon application to the Employer shall be granted, parental leave under this article for the portion of the leave period that remains at the time the application is made.
