Time of Event. Licensee hereby agrees the Event must end by 2:00 a.m. on each day of the Event. Licensee shall pay a time overage fee of $1,000.00 for every single minute, or a fraction thereof, if the Event continues beyond 2:00 a.m. This overage fee is in addition to all other fees and costs for which Licensee is responsible under this Agreement. Each minute shall constitute a separate event of non- compliance
