Other Needs Sample Clauses

The "Other Needs" clause defines the process for addressing additional requirements or accommodations that may arise during the course of an agreement. It typically allows either party to request modifications or support not originally specified, such as special equipment, accessibility adjustments, or unique scheduling needs.
