Common use of – Time Off for a Meeting Clause in Contracts

– Time Off for a Meeting. Any grievor(s) or representative(s) of the Union Grievance Committee, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the right to attend grievance meeting with the Employer within working hours. Such attendance shall be without loss of regular remuneration, and in the case of part-time employees, shall not result in a rescheduling of hours.
