Time Off in Lieu of Holiday. The day off in lieu of a holiday which falls on an employee's normal day off must be taken by December 31st of the year in which the holiday occurred. Seniority will govern when more than the allowable number of employees request the same day off work, giving due consideration to the requirements of efficient operation of the Credit Union.
