Timing of certification. The Contractor shall submit the certification concurrently with the certified information and/or data.
Timing of certification. Medical certification should be provided with the employee’s request for leave, in accordance with the same time requirements for notice under 12.9.8. When this is not possible, the employee must provide the requested certification to the Human Resources Department within the time frame requested by the Human Resources Department, unless it is not practicable under the particular circumstances to do so despite the employee’s diligent, good faith efforts.
