To the Service Offerings. We may change, discontinue, or deprecate any of the Service Offerings (including the Service Offerings as a whole) or change or remove features or functionality of the Service Offerings from time to time. We will notify you of any material change to or discontinuation of the Service Offerings.
To the Service Offerings. Inovonics may change or discontinue any of the Service Offerings, from time to time. For any Inovonics Service Offerings, Inovonics will provide at least 12 months’ prior notice to Customer if Inovonics decides to discontinue a Service that it makes generally available to its customers and that Customer is using. Inovonics will not be obligated to provide notice under this Section if the discontinuation is necessary to address an emergency or threat to the security or integrity of Inovonics or the Service Offerings, to respond to claims, litigation, or loss of license rights related to third-party intellectual property rights, or to comply with the law or requests of a government entity.
