Common use of Tobacco-Free Environment Clause in Contracts

Tobacco-Free Environment. A. The use of tobacco inside school buildings, District offices, non-instructional facilities, and anywhere on school property (except in personal vehicles) is prohibited. The “use of tobacco” shall mean all use of tobacco, including a cigarette, cigar, pipe, snuff, or any other matter or substances that contain tobacco.
