A tool box meeting will be held per site at the commencement of any project and thereafter weekly least once per week or as otherwise required to facilitate and xxxxxx communication and consultation between the Employeesworkforce and the parties to this agreement. This Items to be discussed at each meeting can be used as a means to communicate information to may include: programming of site work, site issues, Workplace Health and from the Company Safety, Training job design, productivity issues, management policies, agreement compliance, wages and Consultative Committeeconditions, compliance with statutory obligations, any other issue raised by a party to this agreement.
