(b) If 7.2. In addition, effective with the Employer requires electronic devices such as pagers, cell phones, wireless devices, notebooks etc.first quarterly payment following City Council approval of the MOU, the Employer City will provide a boot allowance of $500.00 per calendar year to all Electric Lineman/Linewoman, Electric Xxxxxxx/Forewoman, Construction/Maintenance Supervisor, Electric Troubleshooter and Troubleshooting Supervisor. In addition, the City shall provide a boot allowance of $200.00 per calendar year for all other classifications. This amount to be paid quarterly as part of a regular pay check.
7.3. The above tools will be furnished in accordance with the following controls: . Each employee will be responsible for the costs care, preservation and proper use of supply, operation tools and maintenance of sameequipment issued to him/her. The employee will maintain this Tools and equipment as directed by the Employer and take all reasonable steps to ensure the equipment is secure at all times.

Should no mutual agreement be reached between the Employer or other employeesparties, then the Employer is responsible uniform standards will remain status quo for the repair or replacing same.
