Total Monthly Costs. Shall consist of all of SCPPA’s costs resulting from SCPPA’s contracting for, providing for, accommodating, and facilitating the Project, including costs arising under the Power Purchase Agreement or other Project Agreements. Total Monthly Costs shall, as applicable, also consist of (i) the Delivery Point Energy Cost Component (described in Section 4.3.1), (ii) the Power Purchase Agreement General and Administrative Cost Component (described in Section 4.3.2), (iii) a Reserve Fund Cost Component (described in Section 4.3.3), and (iv) a Supplementary Services Cost Component to the extent SCPPA incurs such cost (described in Section 4.3.4), and Total Monthly Costs shall include, but not be limited to, the items of cost and expense referred to in the Power Purchase Agreement and this Section 4.2 that are accrued or paid by SCPPA during each Month of each Power Supply Year. Total Monthly Costs. All of SCPPA’s costs resulting from SCPPA’s contracting for, providing for, accommodating, acquiring, and facilitating the Project, and from its administration, operation and maintenance of and renewal or replacement of any rights of the Project or other element or component of the Project, including costs arising under the Power Purchase Agreement. SCPPA shall apply, as a credit against Total Monthly Costs, any receipts, revenues and other moneys received in excess of SCPPA’s needs for the purpose of carrying forth the Project. Total Monthly Costs shall consist of (i) an Operating Cost Component (described in Section 4.7.1), (ii) a Supplementary Services Cost Component to the extent SCPPA incurs such costs (described in Section 4.7.2), and

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

Within 30 days after the end of each six-month period, Owner shall provide CAISO and the Responsible Utility with its determination of Field Capacity, including all information necessary to validate that determination. • A is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the curtailment of a Unit during a test of the Facility, a Unit or the steam field agreed to by CAISO and Owner. • B is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the retirement of a Unit or due to a Unit’s Availability remaining at zero after a period of ten Months during which the Unit’s Availability has been zero. • C is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability to zero for at least thirty (30) days or because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability for at least one hundred eighty (180) days to a level below the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the Force Majeure Event. • The amount of Energy that cannot be produced is the sum, for each Settlement Period during which the condition applicable to A, B or C above exists, of the difference between the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the condition and the Unit Availability Limit during the condition.

  • Monthly Statement The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Engineer at the end of each month, in a tabulated form approved by the Engineer, showing the amounts to which the Contractor considers himself to be entitled. The statement shall include the following items, as applicable; - the value of the Permanent Work executed up to the end of previous month - such an amount (not exceeding 75 percent of the value) as the Engineer may consider proper on account of materials for permanent work delivered by the Contractor in the site - such amount as the Engineer may consider fair and reasonable for any Temporary Works for which separate amounts are provided in the Bill of Quantities - adjustments under Clause 70 - any amount to be withheld under retention provisions of Sub-clause 60.3 - any other sum to which the Contractor may be entitled under the Contract If the Engineer disagrees with or cannot verify any part of the statement, the Contractor shall submit such further information as the Engineer may reasonably require and shall make such changes and corrections in the statement as may be directed by the Engineer. In cases where there is difference in opinion as to the value of any item, the Engineer’s view shall prevail.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater.
