Common use of Tour Differential Clause in Contracts

Tour Differential. Effective November 21, 2017, a nurse working evenings shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for each hour worked outside the normal hours of the day shift between the hours of 1500 and 2300 hours. Effective November 21, 2017, a nurse working the night shift shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 2300 and 0700 hours.

Effective November 21, 2017, a A nurse working evenings shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars one dollar ($2.001.00) per hour for each hour worked outside the normal hours of the day shift between the hours of 1500 and 2300 2400 hours. Effective November 21, 2017, a A nurse working the night shift shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars and ten cents one dollar ($2.101.00) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 2300 2400 and 0700 hours.

Effective November 21April 1, 20172009, a nurse working evenings shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars one dollar and fifteen cents ($2.001.15) per hour for each hour worked outside the normal hours of the day shift between the hours of 1500 and 2300 2400 hours. The evenings shift premium will be increased effective April 1, 2010, to one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) and effective March 31, 2011 to one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45). Effective November 21April 1, 20172009, a nurse working the night shift shall be paid a shift premium of two dollars one dollar and ten twenty-five cents ($2.101.25) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 2300 2400 and 0700 hours. The night shift premium will be increased effective April 1, 2010 to one dollar and forty-cents ($1.45) and effective March 31, 2011, to one dollar and sixty-five cents ($1.65).
