Town Policies and Procedures. Compensation and benefits including hours of work, leave and overtime will remain the same for teleworkers as for all other employees. All personnel regulations and other applicable Town, state and federal regulations, policies and procedures apply to Teleworkers. This includes policies and procedures that address employee standards of conduct, the privacy and protection of information, electronic and e-mail use policies, responsibility for proper use and care of Town-owned equipment, and Town liability for on-the-job injuries.

Town Policies and Procedures. SECTION 1 - DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance is strictly prohibited in all workplaces and work sites of Town employees. Any person who violates this will be subject to arrest and /or disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal, even for the first offense.
