Trailing Deck Allowance. Employee(s), who are working in a lift shaft(s) plus associated site works that actually incorporate a “service core trailing deck(s)” for the physical installation of the lift equipment (eg, rails, doorframes, shaft steel work and wiring) within the service core” an additional site allowance of $0.70 cents (flat) per hour / per man. The said additional site allowance is only applicable to United Lift Services employees who are working in lift shaft(s) plus associated site works whilst the trailing deck is installed in their respective lift shaft(s). This allowance is not applicable for site works that actually incorporate a service core trailing deck(s) installation methods (eg TIRAK, false car, VOK or equivalent) that use service core trailing decks for the purposes of template/hoisting/winch/wiring/ and protection SECTION 3 Service Specific Clauses "Service" is defined as those employees involved in routine servicing, performing maintenance, "on rounds", breakdowns or who are "on-call". They are not engaged in construction.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement of up to a maximum of eighty five ($85.00) dollars per year, for purchasing or repairing, safety shoes for full-time employees who have completed their probationary period and are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes. The style and colour of the shoes must be approved by the Employer.   • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Minimum Reporting Allowance If an employee reports for work at the regularly scheduled time and no work is available such employee will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular rate provided;
