Site Works means all of those requirements made by the Commissioner as identified on a site plan for land which is to be developed or redeveloped, drawn to a suitable scale and showing thereon the following:

• The Owner shall be responsible at its own costs, expense and risk for mobilising the Vessel to the Project Site, installing here there, hook up and all other activities required for the preparation for and carrying out of the Project Site Works.

• The Supplier shall keep, on each occasion Site Works and Installation Services are provided to a Contracted Customer, a record of the provision of that service including the date the service was provided, the personnel who performed the service and details of the specific type of service provided.

If the provision of Site Works and Installation Services involves the installation of a Meter, the Supplier shall: ensure that photographs of the Meter are taken before and after the installation; store all photographs taken; and provide those photographs to the Authority and/or the relevant Contracted Customer if requested.

• For the purposes of such Registration the Supplier shall use the Managed Registration Information which the Authority provides to it in accordance with Schedule 3 or, in the case of Site Works and Installation Services carried out by the Supplier, the Supply Point Information obtained by the Supplier in respect of such Site Works and Installation Services.

More Definitions of Site Works

Site Works means works to be constructed by the Owner other than the City Works, Regional Works or Utility Works, as identified within the approved drawings and reports referenced in Schedule “C” of this Agreement.
