Examples of Site Works in a sentence
It is not intended that the definition of Start on Site Works in the FDA or contract (and repeated above) excludes schemes where demolition works have begun or where infrastructure works (such as excavations to install drainage or highways infrastructure works including where such works are the subject of a s278 or s104 agreement) to support the scheme have commenced, subject to the conditions below.
This will be included in the S106 agreement with the condition that any damage attributed to the Site Works will be repaired by the Developer on substantial completion of the site works.
The Landlord must repair or rectify, within a reasonable time after notice has been given by the Tenant, any defects or faults in the Site Works due to faulty materials or workmanship which are notified in writing to the Landlord within 12 months after the Lease Commencement Date.
If the Site Works have not been completed and a Site Works Certificate of Completion issued to the Tenant in accordance with clause 5 prior to the Site Works Sunset Date then the Tenant may at any time prior to the Lease Commencement Date being achieved by notice to the Landlord terminate this Agreement.
The level of site works (fill) does not exceed 1 metre within 3 metres of lot boundaries and therefore complies with clause 1.2 of Policy P350.17 (Site Works).
