TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Supplier shall provide such training in respect of the Software as is necessary to allow Company to use it. At Company’s request, Supplier shall provide such Software maintenance services as Company may require and in the event of such a request by Company, the parties shall (acting reasonably) negotiate in good faith to agree Charges in respect of the same.
