Common use of Training Benefits Clause in Contracts

Training Benefits. Where new or greater skills are required than those already possessed by affected employees, where feasible such employees shall, at the expense of the Board, be given a reasonable period of time, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the technological change.
