Training / Clock Hours / Endorsements. Credits earned for professional preparation must be completed by October 1. Official transcripts verifying credits earned must be registered with the District pursuant to state requirements in order to be applicable on the salary schedule for the current school year by January 1. Employees who are required to attend training outside of the workday/work year, will be compensated at the training rate of pay as specified in Article VIII, Section 1.C
Training / Clock Hours / Endorsements. 1. Required Courses: Employees attending training courses required by District policy as a condition of employment shall be paid by the District at the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for all time in attendance, plus any fee or tuition.
