Common use of Training Credits Clause in Contracts

Training Credits. ‌ During training, the crew member will be credited with the following, as applicable: a) For initial training, The Flight Attendant will receive a set daily rate of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120) per day. b) For recurrent ground training, credited flight time will be one half hour (1/2) of credited flight time for each hour of training or four (4) hours of credited flight time, whichever is greater. c) Time allocated to complete online training/distance learning will be determined by the Flight Operations Training Department. Online training course(s) will be credited with one half hour (1/2) of credited flight time for each hour of training.
